Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders in Europe.
3.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends.
4.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and industry events.
5.Work with engineering and business team to understand technical aspects of products and services for effective marketing.
6.Manage and oversee marketing campaigns and promotions.
7.Provide regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
Qualification:
1. At least 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the aviation and aerospace industries.
2. Experience in international business environment, strong project management skills.
3.It has mature and stable customer resources and can help enterprises deepen and expand business with these customers, including but not limited to GE Aviation; SAFRAN; Rolls-Royce; Pratt & Whitney; Honeywell and other customers.
4. Team player; ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams.
5. Can accept appropriate travel arrangements.
